Default D16a6 block / d15b head! HELP!

Alright I have a d16a6 block with p29 pistons and have a port and polished d15b head. Put everything together. Now it won't start. Bought a new fuel pump. It's getting fuel and spark. All GROUNDS are connected. Timing is on right. I've done anything that I can think of and friends came by that know more than me to help but can't get it running. If anyone can help me out here it would be great. Need the car for work

Can you elaborate on how you verified that you have fuel and spark? Have you compression tested it yet?

Changed the fuel pump. And I put a screwdriver in the spark plug wire and put it on top of a valve cover bolt. Trying to see if timing is a little different from a a6 block to a z6 block. Timing is good. Adjusted the valves and still nothing
