Default D16 Transmission Question

I have a Sohc ZC with a ZC Transmission (2nd Gen Hydraulic) which needs replacement. I just wanted to know if a 2000 EX tranny would bolt right up, w/o any part replacements, such as axels, etc???

Thanks, I'd imagine the sensors might be a little different, but that'll take me 2 seconds to fix, I'm worrying about bolting it all up and finding out the axels are different sizes, mounting brackets don't line up, or something to that nature. I appreciate your help however, and thank you for the positive input! Also, the 2000 ex tranny has the stronger Steel forks, correct? I'm pretty sure my 2nd gen ZC does, if anyone knows let me know so I can swap it now when it's apart, otherwise I'll have to reinvent the wheel =P
