Default D16 hesitation

ok heres the deal....

d16y7 - built internals....installed about a year ago.

had a slight hesitation at light throttle when it was NA...but it would come and go so i didnt bother with it.

Now im FI...but the hesitation is still there and even worse now. at very light to about 25% throttle it acts like im not giving it any throttle... it just slows down...i have to let off completly and then get back on it to move... but it continues over and over and over again...then sometimes goes away...

i have replaced the cap, rotor, coil, spark plugs(gapped to .30), map sensor, cat is clear, missing link on the map sensor, FMU for fuel...

i have swapped 02 sensor and the problem is still there.

its getting badddd... im getting frustrated....

someone had made a comment in another thread about the tps getting a burned spot in it(or in the circuit)

cause at full throttle its fine... at medium throttle its decent... but at light its iffy...

give me some ideas guys help me out.

Hey...i have the same problem! but on my d16y7, i have replaced the manifold with the d16y8 intake manifold...so i had no IAC(idle air control) valve...maybe thats it or maybe not....but i have a question for you! i have now switched back to the d16y7 IM and i have no idea which hoses hook up to where?!? if you could post a pic of your IM and possibly tell me which hoses are what(i think there are 6 or 7 of them) that would be great!

yeah man i REALLY need to know where they go...there connectors to the hoses on the front of the manifold are in pairs.....top-top, top-bottom, bottom-top, and bottom-bottom...would really appreciate it if you could just tell me which hoses hook up to those connectors
