Default D15B Oil pan Question. HALP!

ok so back in november i purchased my ej1 with a d15b.

everything has been fine but i realized that ive been leaking oil and i noticed that it was coming from my oil pan. i went to autozone and purchased and oil pan gasket for like $16 bucks. when i went to put it on i realized that the cut out on the one side of the oil pan didnt reach all the to the bottom and if you presssed it down it pulled the screw holes out of the way. the gasket ripped all around basically and solved nothing . thankfully it came with a warranty so i took it back to autozone and and at first the two dudes working didnt know why i wasnt fitting right until i mentioned that it was a swapped d15b rather then the stock USDM motor. they said that id need to find and purchase a JDM d15b oil pan gasket or else im beat basically.

SO, if anyone has any input on this topic OR knows where i can purchase this JDM gasket, please let me know.

anything will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I dont see why it wont be fitting but you can have them compare a dx gasket to it rather than the ex. Might work out.

you pulled it down too tight and split the gasket, no there is no difference in oil pans besides the aluminum pan on some ex models. cheap gaskets from autozone doesn't help either.
