Default D15B Engine swap does not start

Hi all.....first of all excuse my English, I use translator

I'm doing a swap to my honda is a D15b OBD2A .... I have the engine installed with the connections made ... but when I do start. turns but does not start ..

I check the spark plugs and have fire

I also check the fuel pump and fuel going to the engine

when I give ignition, a couple of times. spark plugs get a little wet fuel

I must say that it lacks two sensors one is IAT and the other is a kind of solenoid is connected to the EGR... I also need to connect the radiator. can any of this be the problem.

iat sensor is necessary. it can not run correctly without it.
it probably has a wiring issue somewhere

I understand that the iat sensor is needed to run the car, but I want to know if I can give starting without the iat sensor, only starting without moving the car.

Is the timing set right?

Is the crank sensor plug plugged in?

Is the valve lash set right?

yes. but only if everything else is perfect. and even then, it will be tough to start, and will run rich and not very good.
