will a z6 head fit on a d15 block? i know dumb question but its 4 a friend and i didnt know

will need to use a 1.6l timing belt then and set cam timing as it will be off just shy of 4 deg's, and remove the oil jet on the top of the block or vtec will not work. that's about it.
