D15b block with a d15b7 head
I had a original d15b while driving timing snapped on me, so bent valves instantly. Also it's a automatic transmission.
I recently swapped my head with a d15b7 and I lined up everything according to the specs for the block and the head, but seems like I have a advance timing and during low acceleration it bogs but doesn't die or cut off.
My question is there a specific belt I should be using for this combo as I'm using the specific bottom block belt with 106 teeth, or can I just retarded the timing and it should run just fine?
