D series wiring questions??
ok so i have a 98' civic 4 door that is OBD2a, it was rewired to a OBD1 D15B i am now putting a D16Y8 into it(OBD2a). i can get it to turn over but the fuel pump does not kick on.?? any help is greatly appreciated.
