No they aint. I have a Si head laying at home and I just did valve seals on a ZC, they are not the same diameter or height. THe valves aren't the same the retainers arent the same, and the seals are not the same and they are all "D" series engines. Some D series will interchange with others but not ALL will. You need to know that much anyway. Sounded like someone was insisting ALL "D" series springs are the same and thats a wrong assumption to make.

well its possible I replied to the wrong person. But It sounded to me like someone had said that D series springs are the same, and was saying that ALL are not the same, but as far as those 2 specific motors, I can't answer they may or may not be.

no one said "all D series springs are the same", just the z6 and y8.
