Default d-series tranny on a b16

i was just wondering if it's possible to use a d-series tranny on a b16 motor, I think I remeber hearing something about this working with some type of modification but I cant remember what. thanks a lot.

anyways, I guess it's not possible, I dont know **** about d-series or b-series ****, all I know is h-series, i was askin for a friend so i guess i have an answer. thanks for the <U>useful</U> posts...

99% of the time, nothing from a D series will fit a B series. Just a rule of .

like i said, I dont know anything about d-series or b-series, I was asking the question for my boss at work cuz he wanted to know for some reason...

there might always be an adadpter plate- but wouldnt make any sense in performance- only in increasing gas mileafe in that hand might as well by and ls tranny 0!
