so buddy just built a d16 , with complete supertech valve train . the valves are always open ,even if he adjusts the screws completely out , he has taken the valve train apart and cant see why .

it looks like the valves are 2 long there is no valve lash ,cant even turn the cam it would snap .

at a stand still have no idea whats going on , he built my gsr engine and we did not have this issue
