Default D-series Question

Hey everyone!!!
I was wondering if a D16A1 head off an 87 integra would work on my stock si block D16a6???
Please any info would be great!!

just a couple of hours ago i bolted the head to the block...all 4 bolts line up...would there be any issues with the coolant and oil ports???

Thanks Mike

i'm new at all of this and i was given the head, pistons, and ecu from my buddy who is now doing a B16A build up for his crx...he got his engine for an old used nos kit...i found out that i'd have to get the oil ports made bigger in the head and its really not worth my while for the trouble.
