Default d series headbolts

are there two different length headbolts,i went to put my head back on and the top left hand bolt sits up about half a inch, but i remember back a while i threw away two shorter headbolts that came out of a y7 i picked up.

so are there two different length headbolts and is there a particular motor i can get a replacement one out of,or can i just use metal washers to fill the difference

also,i checked the hole and its clean i ever sprayed it down with wd-40,let it penetrate then resprayed it and air hosed it out and still nothing.

any help is greatly appreciated

yes.. the longer head bolt does on the corner.

If you look on the head, you can see that the head has a ridge on it.

The longer head bolt goes on this position
