Default D series

yo i have a all stock 92 honda accord lx

its pretty slow and stuff
i dont want to be super racer guy but i want to make my car faster then it is.
im not a big spender so if u guys can give me some tips on how to make my sohc engine faster that would be cool thanks

That'd be an F22 engine then, they never put D series motors into Accords. Those engines have the least aftermarket potential of basically any Honda engine, the only "bolt-on" that will seriously improve power output is a nitrous kit. Other than that it's time to swap the F22 with an H22. An old friend of mine had this motor in his Prelude and with every imaginable bolt-in could only manage mid to high 15 second passes.

well the weight on that car is a disadvantage already. its not the norm to make a daily driven 13/14 sec all motor f22 but we do have a cam for that car. add the bolt ons and you have something a bit more peppy than a stock f22a.
