Default Cyls 2/3 burning oil?????????????

I have oil coming out of one valve area in cyl 3 and both in cyl 2 exhaust ports. it's not running down but it does eventually collect and drip at the exhaust flange.

would there be any reason for this besides valve seals?
compression is good and leakdown is pretty good too.

does the car smoke a lot? first impression seems to be valve seals, how do your guides look?
if that much oil from the chamber is running to the exhaust port like that the car would be smoking like a freight train
