Default Cylinder wall rust...

Ok, i blew a head gasket.I took the head off and rust has built up in the cylinder walls. Is there anything I can do to remove the rust?I don't wanna have to tear the engine down, it's not bad, but it's there.

How long has it been there ?

Take a rag with oil and wipe it off.
