Does anyone have a picture of a properly installed right side cv axle against the tranny? I want to see if there's suppose to be a small gap or not. Thanks

 

there should be a little gap, small enough to where u cant put your smallest finger in it. When I install axles I always use a 2 by 4 and put it on the side of the inner boot as flat against the boot as possible so u dont damage it and hit the 2 by 4 with a hammer, after rotating it and hitting it a few times it will go in and click.

The gap is barely big enough to get a pry bar or thick standard screwdriver into it.
