cutting vavles

has anyone ever had to cut the stem on the valve down a little

me. only because one was not perfect (in height) from the company that i bought them from.

ok just wanted to make sure it has been done i get to take my head to the shop and have it done becasue i couldnt adjust the well thanks guys
