cutting interior panels need help

hey guys i just got a roll bar and need to cut my interior panels in the back to fit the bar through it does anyone know whats the best way to cut those panels so it cN COME OUT NICE??? THANKS

You can try a hole saw with the area taped with masking tape, then you could use a really fine file to smooth the edges carefully
