Default custom spring rate fast question!!!

this is for a daily street/ track 1/4 mile driven car.... i have a integra and i was thinking about getting spring rate of 500/400 lbs give or take and i notice stock usually the front is stiffer, but i also see people using the stiffer springs in the back... i wanted to know whats the pros and cons of having stiff spring in the front and soft in the back and vice versa

That is an autox/track setup. The higher spring reate sin the rear allow you to rotate the rear end around while entering a corner. Not very useful for a drag or a street car.

you'll want stiffer springs in the back than the front for 1/4 also..it'll help you get traction to the front wheels by keeping them on the ground during weight transfer...
