i might be building a B18C5 block pretty soon and im debating whether i should use CTR piston's with .25mm overbore or 82mm Endyn Rollerwaves. im leaning towards the CTR's because i can get them for $320 w/rings when the Rollerwaves are around $480, but im also going to have to resleeve the block and the sleeves need to be fit to the piston's before theyre installed, so thats why im thinking about the Rollerwaves. this will be used with a PR3 head from a B16A. anyone have any ideas??

 

I say go with the CTR pistons. You'll save some much money.

If you were to go with the Endyn pistons and the resleeve, why not just go bigger? You could bore to 84~85mm with no problems and still use the rollerwaves. just my $0.02.

 

yeah seriously, if your gonna re-sleave anyway you will seriously hate yourself further down the road for not putting 84mm pistons in....
