Default CTR pistons in B17a......compression 11.4ish is that safe?!

hey guys. I wanna get some CTR pistons in my B17a . I read that compression will be like 11.4. Is that safe or is that too high. Should I go with the ITR pistons which would be like 10.6 or 10.8? Any help is really appreciated

11.4 is high, but on premum pump gas you should be ok, I have heard of higher CR on pump gas. If you are in doubt you can always retard the timing slightly just as a safe guard until you get everything tuned.

That's fine, just retard ur timing a bit. If it pings, add toulene. 1 quart per 10 gals.
