Default CTR Pistons in B16

ive heard a lot about piston to valve clearance issues and i was wondering if it would be safe to run ctr pistons in my b16 with a 2 layer head gasket and toda spec a cams? this is gonna be on an unmilled b16 head. would i be better off with an oem head gasket? would there be possible problems with different cam timing? any info is appreciated...

You should be ok with that setup. People encounter problems when running more than 12:1 compression on a B16 with Toda B's, C's, or JUN 3's.
