Default CTR Pistons

Can I mate crower rods and CTR pistons/rings to my D16Y8? I can get them from a friend for really cheap(200$) Not really sure if there is a difference in bore between the two (b16 d16) or anything, any info would be appreciated. Thanks

those are two totally different motors.The d16 has a 75mm bore,and the b16b has a 81mm bore.
