Default Ctr citylights wiring help

I got CTRs for my 99-00 civic and I just want to wire them to my parking light so when my parking light comes on. it will come on. so it will stay on at night all the time. is it possible to just tap into the power constant wire of the parking lights on each side and ground it to the frame of the car or ground to the ground wire from the parking lights. I notice there are 3 wires going to the parking lights on each side. which wire is which of the 3?

Thanks..
