Default CTR cams in a B16 + port/skim

I've just purchased the CTR cams for my B16 and have a couple of questions - I'm looking to push my standard power upto 170whp (~200bhp), so i'm NOT looking for anything too aggressive. I've got the standard bolt-on ex/hd/cai setup plus will be looking to increase CR by skim/porting the head.

1. What is the revving capability of the CTR cams?

2. Will an OEM Honda timing belt do for my application? (i'll be fitting some aftermarket adjustable cam gears too).

3. Will an OEM Honda head gasket set do for my application?

4. Can i get away with just fitting ITR valve springs and leaving the stock retainers?

The OEM timing belt and headgasket will do nicely. And you will not need new retainers with Type R valve retainers unless your stock ones are worn out.

Thanks. Would i have to upgrade my clutch too if my car is pushing just 200BHP (thats 30BHP more than stock power)?

Also, would it be wise for me to purchase adjustable cam gears for my CTR cam or can i adjust them using my stock B16a2 gears or even would it better that i got hold of the CTR cam gears? I read that for mild cams, it may be pointless to get adjustable cam gears as you end up just moving the power band around.
