Default ctr cam install

Im going to install my ctr cams and itr retainers and valve springs as soon as i can figure out what tools and seals/gaskets need to be replaced during the job. Im going to do the timing belt and water pump at the same time.

So far i know i need:
10mm valve adjustment tool
angled feeler gauge
spring compressor
valve cover gasket
cam seal/oil seals
timing belt
water pump
tensioner

Do I aslo need to replace the valve seals? Any other seals to replace? the helm has a lot shown in the picture that ive never heard of anyone replacing. Any other tools I will need?

Thanks!

headgasket, Hondabond or any other RTV silicone, oil or assembly lube (I prefer to use oil on a cam install, save the assembly lube for bearings) There might be some other stuff i forgot, but i can't remember anything right now!

Why a head gasket if you don't have to pull the head?

usually you do pull the head. i wasnt clear. Im going to try doing it without pulling the head and if i make a mistake or something i guess i will have to.

What about valve seals? do i need to replace those?
