Default CRX B16 swap... electrical troubles.

Im in the middle of a B16 CRX swap, and have a few questions.

On the back of the block, there is a sensor with two small wires going to it. The old D16 also had this sensor, but I cant for the life of me figure out what it is or what it does. I need to know which wire goes in which nipple. I cant find any pictures of it online, but ill try to take a pic of it and post it later today.

Also, the engine is running, but idles at 2k rpm. Im not sure where to start on this issue- can anyone give me some pointers? With the exception of the above, all of the wiring seems to be in order. There are some breather hoses not yet hooked up (one in the middle of the IM pleneum, and one that goes from the charcoal canister to right above the TB). Could this be my problem?

if you have a hose thats hooked up to the I/M and not hooked to anything on the other end then you have a vacuum leak and it will screw ur idle up. post a pic when you get it and i will see if i can figure it out.
