Ive built my CR-VTEC using the external oil feed, but have heard about some people that have aparently drilled the block to proivide oil to the head rather than tapping and blocking the hole in the head and running a new oil line externally.

Has anyone else tried this, and have info on exactly what they did?
It sounds extreme to me, but then it really does make the engine look bone stock

I would rather go with the oil tap because your not sure if whoever is drilling into your block will drill it perfect.
