Default with the crower 403 cams....

my motor is going back together and ive done a mild pnp iwant to do some mild cams ,would i be able to run crowers403 non vtec cams safely with a stock b18b1 or would the 402 better suit a daily driver i know that the 403 sacrifice a little idle but would they be ok on the stock valvetrain?thanks

403's are totally streetable and you can use the stock valve train as long as you dont go over the stock rev-limiter.

BUT you will kick yourself later on down the road if you didnt buy the dual valve springs to take full advantage of those cams over 7000rpm.....

if you want to scrifice a bit of the buttery idle then go with the 403. if you want to get just a bit more power than stock and still need the silk idle, you want a 402.

I ran 404's...idled like a damn go kart.

you may check to see if JG or someone else has a cam that sits between the specs for 402's and 403's....

this motor is going in my daily driven LS integra ,i would not mind a bumpy idle,I definetly dont want to do any ecu work so rev limit will stay stock, ireally just want something quick better than stock, so the 403 sound choice i just hope it doesnt beat the rest of the oem valvetrain that bad, anyone with whp number on a stock LS with these cams
