maybe I am not sure exactly what you are talking about, the the slots on my rotors sweep backwards. the line starts near the center of the rotor then goes across the face twards the back of the car. No pics, I hope that dicrpition makes sense.

I was told by a friend a while back that if the outer edge of the slotts were leading you would munch pads a lil quicker but you will get more aggressive breaking and the opposite if they are trailing. I have them trailing on my car.

 

It all depends on WHO designed the rotors.

Powerslot - Vanes go backwards.

I.e. - Drivers Front, vanes go like this ///////

Brembo OE replacement - Vanes go forwards.

I.e. - Drivers Front, vanes go like this \\\\\\
