Creaking Noise when I'm in reverse...
I have a 1995 Civic EX Coupe which I just swapped the rear brakes on. I replaced the stock drums with a set of rear disc brakes from a 2001 GSR. The brakes work fine, but it seems that whenever I backup, I hear this noise...almost like something is jostling around in my trunk. (That's not it...I've already tried removing everything from my trunk and it still makes the same noise) A friend of mine took it out yesterday to see if he could figure out what it is and he said it made the same noise when he took a hard left turn. We are fairly certain that the noise is coming from the left rear suspension. Whether it is something we did, or if it is the shock, the parking brake... we're not really sure. Everything on both sides is torqued to factory specs. Do you think the shock may have gone out? It's not leaking or anything, but they are stock and the car has 105,000+ miles on it. Tell me what you think. Thanks.
