Default Crankcase Vacuum ?

I'm not familiar with the Honda world specifically and I'm hoping someone on here can help.

I'm looking for information on making and sustaining vacuum in my crankcase. I'm shooting for a constant 10"Hg but I'd like some overhead to test up to 15"Hg (maybe more). There is plenty of literature out there for the large displacement guys and I'm having a tough time finding any for the underdogs.
I want to stay cheap and long term reliability isn't a concern. I'm more concerned with the effects.
I've been looking into using a electronic vacuum pump from a late model F-Body. It'd be turned on by a voltage sensing circuit triggered from my Throttle Position Sensor.
Currently I make a stable 8" - 10"Hg at steady throttle, hence the reason for triggering the pump.
I'm willing to do a belt driven pump, smog pump/air pump from a Mustang more than likely, but I fear the CFM rating of the pump might be too much. I'd have to play with pulley sizes more than I'd like.

I am searching the site, but I'm not finding anything just yet. I found a valve cover open breather thread I'll dig through. But 42 pages will take me a while.

Look in forced induction! "offical crankcase ventilation thread for turbo" or something like that. It's got everything there.
