crank rubbing?

crank rubbing?
Just swapped a stock GSR B18C1 into my LS teg. After setting the timing i noticed that around the crank pulley area is making some sort of rubbingish sound. My timing belt seems a little tight. Can this be the problem? Or could it be comming from the main seal?
