Default Crank chipped/worn out!! Will it cause issues?

My crank has these slight wear/gouges in it? Will it affect performance? Thanks guys here's a pic

you thread title could be a little better. lol

those are counter weights.
If it was just 1 tiny chip I wouldn't make fuss about it but i looks like that crank must chewed threw piece of a snapped rod or something lol.

if the crank journals are good just get the crank balanced. Should run approx $80-100 to balance a crank.
