Coolant & Wiring Issues
So, I'm almost done my build and I've run into two issues:
The car is a 95 LS with the following:
Skunk2 IM
BBK 70mm TB
P30 Pistons
Crower double valve springs & cromoly retainers
DC Sport Header
AEM CAI
The first one is with the coolant "Breather pipe". Basically the problem is on my thermostat housing; I don't have a barb there, it's blocked off. I don't know what to do because there's a barb on the main coolant line coming out of the head and it's obviously going to leak coolant everywhere if there's no hose there.
The second problem is with the wiring (I assume). When I turn on the headlights, the wipers turn on. Also, when the low beams are on only the pass side high beam bulb is bright, while the other 3 bulbs are very dim. When I turn on the high beams, both bulbs on the pass side are bright and the drivers side shuts off completely. I checked for missing grounds and shorts but wasn't able to find anything, and I'm a bit lost here.

Wiring definitely sounds like a grounding issue.
When a seemingly unrelated circuit, [head lights] have an effect on an other circuit wipers it is almost always a grounding issue.
The head lights are a 12V constant circuit, [hot at all times] the wipers are a 12V switched circuit, [hot in run] the only thing that is common between them is the grounds. 94
