This is obviously for a class. Have you researched this at all? I don't know how many people are interested in doing your homework for you, especially for free...

I actually personally would like to know where to recycle coolant at, my local trash place doesnt have a coolant disposal but they do have one for oil.

Coolant is toxic to most animals, but it tastes good so dogs will drink it & die.
Laws about disposing just about anything are set at local, state, & federal levels, so not many of us care what Toronto's laws are. You gotta find that out for yourself.
Since this is obviously for a class, d'ya think maybe the answers are in your notes somewhere?

used coolant is basically used for machining to cool down the bits when parts are beinging machined. It is bad for environment because it is poisenous. If an animal smells its sugary attracting smell, the animal will taste it and could die.

Any lube shop such as jiffy lube, fast track(so. wisc. only)or valvoline will take car of it for free. Just drop it off.

See, the problem is that he doesn't want to know where to recycle the coolant, he wants someone to write a paper about it.

5 minutes on google will yield much, and maybe you can teach us something with what you learn.
