Coolant line question...
The setup is a b18c1 head, b18a1 block... 2.0 liter FI build, 550+ whp goal. I'm not running a heater core, I am running the lines to my TB...
The water tube I have for the back of my block only has the one small port on it, no 5/8" ports, so now I have no where to run the line from the 5/8" port on the side of the head (the port is on the passenger side of the head, about in the middle between the feed/return main ports)
So my question is, can I cap this off? To my knowledge it was only to supply the heater core with coolant, that then dumped back into the water tube on the back of the block. With me not using my heater core now, and not having a port on my new water tube, can I just unscrew the port out of the head and put a bolt in there?
