Default coolant in all intake ports.

I recently ran into a problem with my B16 having coolant in all the intake ports. I pressure tested the IAC and also had it checked for cracks and did not find a problem with it. I also have the coolant lines on the throttle body removed as well so the only coolant source on the intake would have been the IAC. The only other thing I can think of is the head gasket, but it does not make sense that it would have coolant in all the intake ports on the head. Just looking for some information or if anyone has run into this problem.

There is also a coolant barb on the distributor side of the intake manifold, shown in the very bottom left of this pic right beside the runner.

If your intake manifold seal isnt good it will leak coolant there
