I tried searching and I got different answers if it could be done.

I have a SOHC non vtec jdm ZC motor. From my knowledge there is 3 ZC motors:

DOHC NON vtec
SOHC Non vtec
SOHC vtec

I have the SOHC Non vtec motor. I was wondering if I could put a d16z6 (si vtec) head/valvetrain on my motor.

If so what parts would I need to be able to do the swap?

u would need tha head, timin belt for tha head, wire it for vtec and vtec ecu or activated switch. u would also need to remove tha oil jet between cylinder 2 n 3.
