I took some measurements of my rear toe the other day, left: 4 minutes, right 5 minutes.
The specs say they should be 2mm ± 2mm.
I've forgotten how to convert angles into distance, or even if you can, does anybody know?

first, 60min = 1 degree.
Convert angle into distance you need the diameter over which you want the measurement. I'm guessing the bead diameter of your wheel, like about 15"...
toe = diameter * sin(angle)
or...
toe = 15" * sin(4/60)
= 0.017" = 0.44mm
