Converting LS/Vtec Back???

got a quick ??
i was runnin a ls/vtec setup and as you know u need to change the oil pump, water pump and timing belt to a vtec setup....i ended up blowin my ls/vtec and now starting a ls turbo project....
my ?? is...would i have to convert all that crap back to a ls or can i still get away with using the vtec pumps and belt??

the 2 headstuds in the middle are gonna be too short if you use the Vtec ones
you should just get a new set of ls ones
in the future if you go vtec again then you'll already have the studs from the previous build
