Default converting 1 wire 02 to a 4 wire?

i have a 92 honda civic cx with a d15b8 that has a 1 wire 02 sensor. i installed d15b7 head and am coverting to a p06 ecu for tuning and have to run a 4 wire or else i will run a CEL. would it be easier to just get an engine harness for a maneul d15b7 or just wire up the 4 wire to my harness now?

were do all the wires go for a heated 02 sensor

I'm not 100% sure, But depending on which program you are using you should be able to disable the 02 heating system then you would just need to have the signal wire connected to the sensor. Someone correct me if I am way off....
