Default conversion harness help, obd2b

Right now I have a skunk 2 harness for obd2a to obd1, I need it to be obd2B to obd1 and need to know where I can get some good information on the pinouts for both. If anyone can help me out, I would very much appreciate it.
Basically I need to repin the obd2a for obd2b.

You'll need an extra connector for the OBD2b, as the OBD2a uses a, c, and d connectors, and the OBD2b uses a,b,c. Also, some of the large pins on one application are small on the other, and vice versa.

You've got alot of work ahead of you, and you'll need to source some parts for this to work. Is it really worth the trouble when you can buy them for $75-100?

OBD2A
96-98 Civic
96-99 Interga

OBD2B
99-00 Civic
00-01 Interga
