Default conversing b engine to i-vtec

has anybody ever thought about converting a b series engine to have
the integraded vtec that comes on the newer cars?

Is this possible at all, there's gotta be some way to make that work.

And wouldn't this really make sence and be more efficient?

By the way this is a series question so if you dont have any positive
input then just keep your remarks of off here.
