Anyone know how I can get in touch with Katman from FF-Squad? I have a couple technical questions regarding his article he features on his site (ffsquad.com) that is based on swapping in a JDM OBD2 engine into a OBD1 vehicle. I would just like some more info on how to connect the Vtec Solenoid found on the JDM engine. I know that I will have to use a USDM OBD2 Vtec engine harness and splice the VTPS wiring to the VTS on the jdm motor. Will a USDM GSR engine harness fit the JDM ITR Motor correctly? Will the engine harness connectors from the USDM GSR plug up to the connectors that are found at the shock towers? Im planning on using a reprogramed obd1 ECU. Car is a 94 LS teg.

People that give out good, FREE advice like he does, generally get sick of being pestered and bother with questions about their write-ups.
He posted in hopes he could help you out, not get bothered with more questions. Take what he gave you, and run with it friend...and be happy that he was generous enough to give you the jumping point.
If he doesnt respond to PMs, Emails...etc, he probably just doesnt have the time to help you further.

It's not too helpful if some important pieces are left out leaving some of us scratching our heads. I would appreciate if you can give me a hand with my question.
