Default Constant Valve Adjustments

Everytime I do a valve adjustment about 2 weeks later my valvetrain is very noisy and alot of the valves are outta spec again. The head is a 00' b16 head so its pretty new. The only thing I can think of is the valve springs are worn out. Any idea what is causing this problem?

check out the torque on the valve train (cam caps and so on)

also look at the rocker and a cam for unusual wear.

ie. look at the this example( thanks to Jeff of HybridAutomotive

just a guess but did u make sure the locking nut on the lash adj. screw is tight ? maybe try a small amount of blue locktite on the nut ,if it is really backing off.

if you drive high rpms alot on worn out LMAs this can happen too. my old GSR had CTR cams in it and I drove it high RPM all the time valves would come outta spec due to the abuse. I still have GSR cams on this head with ITR springs and LMAs I drive her hard all the time and check the valves every oil change. They rarely ever move from .007",.008". Do you run adjustable cam gears?
