Compression test fine, still burning oil..
Okay, My compression is 270psi (+/- 3psi) across the board, my valve seals are new. I can only see smoke puff out when I let off after a good VTEC pull.
Ideas?

Oil ring has nothing to do with compresion. . Your compression test will not show worn oil rings.
For the sake of simplicity you should check your PCV valve as suggested earlier.

Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Really, the only way to tell is check you oil level periodically. If it is your oil rings I will bet that you will be adding oil with regularity.

The only oil I lose is from a leak... Cam seal/VTEC solenoid doesn't leak, and I just put in a new oil pan gasket with hondabond all around, and torqued to proper spec... STILL losing a lot of oil, its collecting on the bottom of the oil pan and leaking from there.
The only time I seem to burn oil, is after I let off after an 8k pull, and i'll see smoke coming out of the pipe for a few seconds afterwards.

That sounds more PCV valve related then. Your generating a lot of crank crase pressure and if the PCV valve is clogged or not operating the presure escape via piston blow by and burns off in the combustion process, hence the white smoke under heavy load only.

Cool, I'll check that out. Would a bad PCV cause an oil leak? I'm pissed! Still leaking a good amount of oil after I replaced all my seals.

It wouldn't help it but I don't think by itself cause it. The more crank case pressure you have the more oil wants to be forced out somewhere. Path of least resistance. :-)
For the oil leak did you check your oil presure sensor tee fitting. I had a leak there recently. Or the main oil feed line to your head from the LSVTEC mod.

Yep everything is good... Everything was cleaned and dry after all my seals were replaced, now oil is collecting at the bottom of my transmission and oil pan just like it was before.. what a mess.

I plan on it.
My main concern right now is the oil mess, whatever it is, its coming from somewhere, and collecting at the bottom of the oil pan/transmission. Hopefully this is just the breather box/PCV valve. Who knows, I'll replace it and see what happens.
How do I improve my crankcase breather setup?

Weld a couple AN fittings on the front of you valve cover above the baffling that is on the inside of the valve cover. Run two lines from the AN fittings to a catch can. Crank case pressure=gone.
