Default Compression Check Test

I ran a compression check on my rex today. Its a 12.5 C/R LS vtec with BC IV cams. Here are the numbers. This is WOT and cranked for about 5 seconds.
1-230
2-190
3-230
4-235
This motor has 600-700 miles and smokes a little bit. If I crank longer CYL 2 it will go above 190 as with the other cyls they will go above 230ish. So do I need to continue cranking til pressure stops building or is about 5 secs fine.
