I have a 2007 Accord 4 door. Was hit in front, no airbag deployed. Sent main module to be reprogramed.
Code reader now says code 41-1.....no signal from left front impact sensor. I have changed out sensors but still the same message (also checked wires and plug to sensor.) I even switched the left and right sensor, still said left sensor no signal.
Any ideas what I can do to turn off the airbag light now?

Hi, did you find your problem?

How did you check your wire on the left? Did you do a continuity test? Since swapping the right and left show the sensor is OK, I'd guess the wire and/or connector is not OK.

Hi,

Just saw a video on the Honda airbag diagnostic. Very well done, i was told the Honda setup is identical for an Acura Integra.

Instructions are similar to what is listed in this thread

I looked at my OBD harness located on the passenger side of my 2001 Integra, i don't have a wire in the plug at the #9 position, #4 is black

I do have a brown(#5) and black (#4) wire can these be shorted to get codes ?

Any help is appreciated.

I have a 95 civic ex. The srs light been on as long as i had the car. One day I jumped the blue plug got a 52 and 92 from the srs light then I read how to reset it. The first try did not work the second try worked. Seems funny driving the car without the srs light on. I put 50,000 miles on it with the light on now it goes off after a couple seconds

I got rear-ended a few months ago, nothing deployed but got an SRS code 14-7. Mine is a 2010 accord. But lists above only go up to 14-5. Any luck?

I moved this question to it's own thread at:
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-.../#post51837877

Not to hi-jack a thread, but it seems like my issue and questions fit in here, so, here it goes...

Hello - I have a 2004 Honda Civic LX Sedan (4-door) and I'm having a hard time getting rid of the srs light. I've read the codes and I get two sets of real quick flashes, hard to count (maybe 5-4 or 4-3 or maybe 4-4). Then, I get two slow flashes and then three fast flashes and these two keep repeating. The set of two really quick sets of flashes that are hard to count only happens once at the beginning.

I believe the 2 slow and 3 fast flashes is the code for a short or low resistance in the passenger side front dashboard airbag. So, I've removed the air bag completely and I am trying to use resistors to diagnose and get rid of the srs light, thinking maybe the air bag is bad.

There are two pairs of wires that go to the front passenger dash airbag, a yellow pair and a red pair. Using resistors I've tried 2 ohm on each pair, 2.4 ohm on each pair, and 3 ohm on each pair and when I do the srs reset the light comes back on for all. I've had it go out for a couple days, a day, a few hours type thing, but generally it just comes right back on after resetting it.

Does anyone happen to know what I'm doing wrong or maybe what to do next?
This is an older car that I try to do the work on my self and really would like to figure this out and fix it myself if at all possible.

Thanks...
